Please pay attention to all signage on site:

*To avoid pinch-points and crossovers we have a one-way system in place along the front of the plant centre: please do not enter the indoors shop until you have finished shopping outside.

*Help and advice is available from a side window 'serving hatch' in the outdoors area

*Hand sanitiser and trolley/basket cleaning equipment is provided at the entrance

*If you come with other members of your household please stay close together; please respect staff and other customers by keeping your distance from others

*Please try to limit the number of plants and labels you handle

*We are restricting the number of customers in the indoors shop to one person - or one household group. Please do not enter the shop if you can see other customers inside. Please give them space to exit safely.

*Please stay behind the perspex screen while staff ring up your purchases

*Contactless payment preferred
