Lots new to see (& buy!)

25/3/2018

Have a look in the Our Plants section of this website to see lists of some of the varieties we have in stock now, including lots of new fruit bushes and strawberry plants, fruit trees, ornamental trees, roses, alpines, herbs and ferns.

We have also had a new delivery of glazed and terracotta pots in a range of sizes to house everything from our flowering bulbs to our dwarf apple trees - many on special offer price!

The first of the sweet peas are available now (Galaxy Mixed, Giant Cut Flower Mixed, Heritage Mixed, Old Spice Mixed, Royals Mixed, Spencer Mixed), and more and more bulbs are starting to show their colours. The snowdrops have just finished flowering, which means it is the best time of the year to plant them!

Treat Mum!

We have lots of gifts for Mother's Day this Sunday (or keep them for yourself!), including cut flowers, potted spring bulbs, pre-planted gift tubs of spring colour, gift vouchers (complete with greetings card) and a lovely range of planters, including wicker, metal, terracotta and glazed to suit all budgets and spaces. We also have a limited number of Rose 'Mother's Day' shrubs for a present that can be enjoyed for years to come!

We are open 11am to 5pm on Sunday, and 10am to 5pm the rest of the week.

We have another great selection of plants, from seasonal bedding, cottage garden perennials, shrubs, alpines, ornamental grasses, trees and a wide choice of Roses and more.

Get some instant colour with pretty pansies and violas, polyanthus and primroses – sure to give your garden a lift before your perennials come into their own.

It also won't be long until the wallflowers come into bloom.
Another seasonal must-have are the potted spring bulbs. Many of ours are already showing flowers including ‘in the green’ snowdrops, crocus, hyacinths, daffodils (narcissus), dwarf tulips and Scilla.

Come and see our full range, which can provide a succession of blooms until May or even June.

Plant them in between shrubs and perennials in the borders or enjoy them in tubs.
