Horticultural Plant Centre Assistant Bridge Farm Plants Ltd - Ipswich IP7 Part-time, Contract We are looking for a keen plant-lover to assist at our retail garden plant centre, situated within a complex of small retail businesses in rural Suffolk. You will be advising and serving customers, caring for the stock and carrying out some plant production. You will have sole charge of the plant area on Sundays, and when covering holidays. In busy periods there will be extra days when you will assist the senior staff. Additional days may be available at our sister nursery, Katie's Garden Plant Centre (IP12). We are a seasonal business, open March-December. After an initial temporary seasonal contract there may be the opportunity to move to a permanent position on an annualised hours basis. If you can't wait to get your gardening fix, take a trip to our parent nursery, Katie's Garden, just east of Ipswich. Highlights there include bareroot hedging, several hundred freshly-potted Roses and thousands of potted spring bulbs; more stocks of fruit and ornamental trees will be available soon. |
