First spring-flowering bulbs have arrived at the nursery! Lots of our favourites are back again, alongside a few different varieties. Our opening range includes Narcissus, Crocus, Alliums, Muscari grape hyacinths and lots of rockery varieties. We expect to have over 30 varieties of Tulips and great selections of miniature daffodils and spring-flowering Hyacinths in time for next weekend. We have also marked up some of the most bee-friendly varieties to make it easy for you to help the pollinators. Pick up some paper bags and handpick your own bulbs! If you aren't able to get to us, order online-exclusive bulb collections via the Katie's Garden website: It always seems to come around so soon, but the autumn bulb planting season is nearly here already! The good gardener is always planning ahead, so if you like to get organised head to the Katie's Garden online shop - click here - to pre-order themed collections. Bulbs will be available for collection, delivery and purchasing at the nursery from late August. Early-spring flowering bulbs such as Crocus and Rockery Iris are best planted September/October; late-spring flowerers such as Tulips and Alliums needn't go in until November or even December. First varieties we expect to have in the shop this autum are listed below! |
