We are sad to announce that Bridge Farm Plants is closing down permanently.
You will be able to redeem any gift vouchers and Flourish rewards points that you have at our supplier nursery, Katie's Garden Plant Centre. If you sign up to Katie's Garden newsletters by 30th June 2026, you will be able to get a one-off 10% discount on purchases when you visit: to qualify you must have been registered as a BFP member of Flourish and/or signed up to the BFP mailing list before 1st November 2025. In order to focus on growing and improving Katie's Garden Plant Centre, the decision has been made to not reopen our outlet at Monks Eleigh next year. We are sad to not be returning and would like to pass on our sincere thanks to you for your custom. Many of you have been visiting us for years - some as long back as 2012, when we first opened - and it has been a pleasure to help you with your plant purchases, give advice and take the time for a chat. Your support has been much appreciated. All of our plants over the years have been supplied by Katie's Garden, and we hope you can make the trip to the Newbourne nursery next year, where you will be able to find a friendly, knowledegable service and an even wider choice of plants than we were able to stock at Monks Eleigh. Katie's Garden will be looking to continue serving the area through online shopping and free delivery services - click here. Dahlias will give you big pops of colour, while the Argyranthemums and Osteospermums give striking daisy-like blooms. There are no more Cosmos growing at the Katie's Garden nursery so don't miss your chance to get some from us. Go leafy and relaxing with grasses and ferns, get the Japanese look with Acers, Fatsias, bamboo and easy-care evergreens, or go bright and bold for the exotic look. And if you like cottage gardens you will find a host of suitable candidates in our border perennials ranges, from hollyhocks to sweet williams to foxgloves, Delphiniums, Campanula bellflowers and more.
 Low cost annuals help you take your garden up a level. Geraniums (pelargoniums) require little attention, and our multi-packs of them work out at just £1 a plant!

 If you're looking for easy displays or gifts we have got some very pretty planters made up with alpines and other spring flowers. The Roses might not look too exciting at the moment but get them planted now to enjoy fragrance and flowers in the summertime. Fragrance can often be forgotten about but we have a whole table of suggested plants including sweet box, Pieris lily of the valley shrub, Buddleias and more. Look out as well for scented Dianthus, sweet williams, sweet peas, wallflowers and more

If you hanker for that classic 'Christmas tree smell' the bushy Norway Spruce is the one you want. But if you are planning to have your tree on display for a lengthy period, go for the Nordmann Fir, known as the “non-drop” tree because of its excellent needle retention.
