Unfortunately we don't have room for the full selections listed below so if you would like a particularly variety call us on 01449 740502 or email [email protected] to put in your request and we will do at best to get them on our next weekly delivery of Katie's Garden plants.
The (Katie's Garden) van is fully loaded & we're ready for Sudbury Plant Market this bank holiday Monday with GYO, basket plants, alpines, herbs, perennials and more!
If you are heading to the Market Hill - from 10am - make sure you make a bee-line for Catherine and Bridget's stand: please tell your friends too! Read more about it here: https://www.sudbury-tc.gov.uk/post/sudbury-plant-fair-a-blooming-may-bank-holiday-tradition We have added another new range at our Monks Eleigh nursery! Get the wildflower look and help local wildlife with our new selection of native plants. On the whole, they prefer unimproved soils, so if you have any spots where other plants struggle to thrive, such as close to buildings and paving, verges and edges of the garden, these could be ideal! Welcome in the bees, birds, butterflies and much more besides. Priced at £2.59 each in a 9cm pot. To maximise the benefits to visiting pollinators they should be planted in clusters, which is why we are offering the discount price of £6 when you buy 3 of the same variety - sorry, no mixing and matching to get this offer!

The clocks have changed and so have our opening hours!
We are now open 10am to 5pm every day, including bank holidays. We are open every day of the weekend, including Easter Sunday. Treat yourself or a loved one to a gift planter this Easter, filled with spring cheer that can cope with whatever the weather has in store! We have a beautiful selection of plants for going straight out into the garden, into pots, planters and borders. Highlights include spring flowering bulbs, Violas, fragrant Dianthus, Bellis (bachelors buttons), primroses, a huge choice of alpines and those Easter classics, Pasqueflowers It's an early Easter this year - too early to be thinking of Petunias, Begonias and other summer basket plants. But if you really can't wait, we have a small collection of brightly coloured Gerberas, Pelargoniums and Osteospermums which you can enjoy on windowsills, in conservatories and in greenhouses until the weather is warm enough for them to go out. Outside, our range of £3.99 - £4.99 cottage garden perennials is literally overflowing as we have so many to choose from!
Classics including Hollyhocks, Foxgloves, Delphiniums, Lupins and Aquilegias are mingling with lots of less commonly found varieties too. Our shade-tolerant selection is also starting to spread out across the nursery, from little Lily of the Valleys to large Rhododendrons. Herbs are proving popular - find them near the fruit bushes. There is more grow-your-own indoors, including seed potatoes, onions sets and the first of the vegetable and salad plants, which will need protecting from frosts for the next month.
